Some of out very best friends Dane and Jessica came into town for the holidays. TJ and I were lucky enough to be able to steal them away for one night. We went out to eat at Goodwood, and then stopped by first night in Provo. Haha it was lame, but we had some good laughs. We left around 11:30, before the ball dropped and the fireworks. We headed back to Jessica's parent's to ring in the new year! We sipped on a little bubbly watched the ball drop on TV and had a firework show of our own!

New Years day we headed over to my Grandma's to sled in the snow. There wasn't a lot of snow, but enough for a good time. My whole family was there minus my dad :( He was at home recooperating. My Aunt and her family came and played with us. We had fun roasting some hotdogs, having snowball fights, and warming up with some hot chocolate.
Toby's hat was a little to big on her... don't you think? She looked so cute waddling around in her snowsuit!

Annie thought she needed to go for a ride with Jerica and her friend Stephanie. I don't think they appreciated the added weight to much.

Toby decided she was much better than the 4-wheeler and she would take Jerica on a thrill of a ride. Whoa, hold on J!

That didn't last long before it was Jerica's turn to pull Toby. Haha Jerica got suckered into that one!

There is something about this picture.... I love my grandma's hands. How many weeds have they pulled? How many meals have they fixed? How many tears have they wiped off little cheeks? How many hands have they held? Hands that have been through so much, yet they are still such soft, strong, special, loving hands. I want hands like hers.

Happy New Year! I hope 2010 is just as fun and memorable as last!
