We started off our Christmas season with our tradition of visiting Santa. Every year Toby has wanted Nothing to do with him. This year she was SO brave and stood by him for a picture. I think it helped having Scout with her. Scout took the lap and all she had to do was stand by him. It is crazy to think that this tradition started with just
Tahsha and I on Santa's lap... Our family is growing and it is so fun!
Christmas Eve was at Grandma Berty's house. We all got our matching
jammies, The girls looked cute in their
Minnie Mouse.
We had a fun Christmas morning! Toby was SO excited. Poor
TJ worked all night so he was a little sleepy come opening presents time. He was a trooper all day, he didn't take a nap until my parent's house at like 6:00.
Santa ate Toby's cookies, she was upset though because she thought he ate ALL the cookies. I had to show her the big bowl still full of cookies for her to eat.
All she wanted from Santa was a winder up giraffe. She was so happy that he remembered and got her one. "He knew mom, He knew!"
Toby also loved the fact that Scout couldn't open her own presents and needed someone to take that job over for her. Toby was more than willing.
